Is there any better way to become highly skilled and confident about your performance than having the opportunity to deliberately practice? A working knowledge is essential, but eventually you have to be able to physically perform the task. An EMT or Medical Assistant may know the proper procedures for administering a vaccination, but ultimately they will have to actually deliver the injection safely and efficiently to a patient.
