William L. Hoover II, MD
Dr. William Hoover is the CEO and cofounder of two educational technology companies, in Boston, MA, MedEd Authors and 529LLC. These companies provide cutting edge learning and training solutions.
He is a nationally recognized digital author for McGraw-Hill Education and serves on their Executive Advisory Board. He develops and implements web-enhanced, blended, and online learning/training programs for over 200 colleges and universities across the United States.
Internationally, he has provided similar services to Universities in India, Africa and Azerbaijan.
His expertise is recognized both nationally and internationally. He has been a speaker at prestigious conferences such as Educause, Campus Technology, Blackboard World, NERCOMP and HAPS. He was also chosen to speak at Oxford, England’s Roundtable.
